According to a court document obtained by Entertainment Weekly, the 40-year-old "I Kissed a Girl" singer filed for a civil harassment restraining order on June 18 in Santa Barbara, Calif., against a man named Ross Elliott Hedrick. Per TMZ, Hedrick is a "transient" person who allegedly showed up to Perry's residence uninvited in May, then returned again a week later and was reportedly subsequently arrested. Together, the couple have a daughter, Daisy, who was born in August 2020. Additionally, TMZ included photos reportedly taken from a Ring camera at Perry's residence, that appeared to show Hedrick's alleged possessions on the entertainer's property. Following Perry's request for restraining orders, the court issued a temporary restraining order on June 23, which will expire on July 14. The court scheduled a hearing for July 14 during which the court will decide on Perry's request for more permanent restraining orders. EW has reached out to Perry's lawyer, Matthew Gershman, and to public relations representatives for both Perry and Bloom for additional information and comment on the case. Perry is currently traveling the world on her Lifetimes Tour, which kicked off in April and is set to last through December. The tour has made headlines for various reasons since its launch, including a moment that saw a fan rush the stage, as well as a near wardrobe malfunction that saw Perry exclaim to a Las Vegas crowd that her "bra is gonna come off" during the set. Perry ultimately saw the message, calling it "the craziest sign I've ever seen" as she spoke to the crowd.
