Daniel LaRusso and Johnny Lawrence have racked up a pretty long list of reunions.
Cobra Kai brought in a new generation of characters but still honors the original films, starting with bringing back Ralph Macchio and William Zabka to teach a new group of students.
The most recent return is Thomas Ian Griffith, who will reprise his Karate Kid Part III role as Terry Silver in season 4 of Cobra Kai.

Terry Silver is the most recent announced return, but there have been several throughout the series.
Martin Kove’s evil sensei John Kreese from all three Karate Kid films joined the new series in season 2.
Karate Kid fans were thrilled when Elisabeth Shue reprised the role of Ali, who came between Johnny and Daniel in the original film series, after Johnny reaches out to her on social media.
The Karate Kid Part II's Kumiko (Tamlyn Tomita) appeared in season 3 when he traveled to Japan to turn things around for his dealership.
During Daniel’s trip to Japan, he sees his The Karate Kid Part II adversary Chozen (Yuji Okumoto) and they reconcile their past differences.
Bobby was one of Daniel’s bullies and a friend of Johnny’s in The Karate Kid. Ron Thomas showed up in season 2, where we find Bobby as a pastor who tries to guide Johnny.
Johnny is reunited with another old friend of his, Tommy (Rob Garrison), in season 2. His pal is very ill and doesn’t have much time, so the group goes on a boys trip.
Jimmy (Tony O’Dell) rounded out Johnny’s group and joined them for their boys trip.
Randee Heller appears in a few episodes of Cobra Kai as Daniel’s mother Lucille LaRusso. She’s still as energetic as ever, but she drives Daniel’s wife up the wall.
