Everything you need to know about
Selling Tampa

Set to take viewers inside the glamorous work of luxury waterfront property on Florida’s Suncoast, Selling Tampa is produced by Adam DiVello, the mastermind behind Laguna Beach and The Hills.

The show is a spin-off of Selling Sunset, a hit docusoap that focuses on Hollywood Hills brokerage the Oppenheim Group and all the drama that comes along with it.

The Floridian version features Allure Realty, an all-female, all-Black real estate firm owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado who has big plans to grow her brokerage in the booming Tampa real estate market.

How big are the houses?

BIG. Whether waterfront or inland acres, the Tampa Bay houses are sprawling and hot tubs are a given.

How fierce is the fashion?

In the first episode, Juawana literally reads the definition of “cocktail attire” to the other agents to ensure they don’t show up to a work event over- or under- dressed, so it’s safe to say: pretty fierce.

Who are the buyers?

Tampa is home to teams from every major sports league, so expect to see some big-name athletes taking viewings.

What's the drama-to-real-estate ratio?

We’d say about 50/50. The lavish homes get plenty of airtime, but there’s also divorce, burned-down houses, clashes between the brokers and plenty of dramatic moments.

When can I watch?

All eight episodes of Selling Tampa season 1 are available on Netflix beginning December 15.
