Following his first season heartbreak, Bridgerton season 2 will follow Anthony as he starts to fall for Kate Sharma. The only problem? She's the older sister of his fiancée.

Sex Education's Simone Ashley has been cast as Kate Sharma. Kate is "newly arrived in London," and is a "smart, headstrong young lady who suffers no fools, Anthony Bridgerton included."
