The Bachelorette first look: Gabby and Rachel go shopping for a husband in Mean Girls–inspired tease
- TV Show
Bachelor Nation, your incoming Rose Queens have arrived.
EW has an exclusive preview of the first promo for season 19 of The Bachelorette, featuring former Bachelor contestants-turned-besties Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey. In the clip, the first co-Bachelorettes in franchise history (remember, Britt Nilson got booted on night one during Katilyn's season) prepare to hit the road in a cute red convertible.
First, Rachel's behind the wheel. "Get in loser. We're going shopping," she quips, quoting Mean Girls queen bee Regina George. To which Gabby replies, "For a husband!" Hell to the yaaaas, ladies!
The promo makes sure to give Gabby and Rachel equal billing: Both Bachelorettes-to-be take a turn in the driver's seat, and ABC even updated the show's logo to reflect their joint reign:
The new season of The Bachelorette premieres Monday, July 11, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC — and it'll be followed by a new reality series that is perhaps best described as Celebrity-Adjacent Big Brother.
It's actually called Claim to Fame, and the show pits 12 contestants — who are all related to a famous person — against each other in a competition for a $100,000 prize. The celeb relatives will live together in a house and compete in challenges, all the while trying to keep the other players from guessing which famous family they're from.
Now for the kicker: It's hosted by Kevin Jonas and Mr. Bonus Jonas himself, Frankie Jonas! Watch the exclusive preview below.
Looks like the best kind of mess to me. Will you be watching?
