Arrive in style...

And keep it up throughout! NBC figure skating commentators Johnny Weir and Tara Lipinski are known for their hot takes and (sometimes) savage commentary rinkside, but also (and maybe more importantly) they're familiar for their out-there, colorful, and coordinated fashion. The 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang are no exception. The double act brought more than 20 suitcases to the Winter Olympics this year jam-packed with glitter, fur, and apparently enough hairspray for the whole of Team USA. Here's some of their sharpest looks so far...

Weir joined Lipinski in the commentators' booth in shimmering red ensembles as the duo showcased the first of many matching and glittering looks to come.

Even during a quick run-through of the evening's proceedings, the twosome looks fabulously put together in more casual attire. Lipinski's dress is available at likely.nyc.com.

Strike a pose

Gotta get a bit of pre-commentating photoshoot in (even if that means snapping a pic in front of a truck)! Weir channels his inner ringmaster in a shiny, metallic red blazer by Redemption and leather pants by RtA. Move over, Hugh Jackman!

Next up, it was the Ladies' Team event which, obviously, meant the besties had to look their best. Weir opted for a blazer by Canadian fashion designers Dean and Dan Caten and...

...Yes, that's a harness. If you thought they were just for Red Rooms of Pain (or, as any skater knows, help perfecting that triple axel), you thought wrong. Here, Weir is supported by a bejeweled accessory by Erickson Beamon.

Welcome to the 76th Hunger Games!

Credit: NBC

The fiesty duo's ensembles were so outlandish at the next event that some Twitter users couldn't help but point out they looked like they were welcoming viewers to the annual (but thankfully fictional) Hunger Games. Caesar, Effie? Is that you?

Something blue

For the pairs short program, the BFFs didn't color coordinate (there would be enough of that on the ice, of course) but still looked undeniably sharp. While Lipinski opted for a royal blue, off-the-shoulder bodycon dress with choker detail, Weir filled all the space between his chin and chest with a turtleneck and statement necklace.

Pretty in Pink

World records might've been taking place on the ice during the pairs free skate, but Lipinski and Weir were just as captivating rinkside all matching in pink -- the figure skating event took place on Valentine's Day, you see. Lipinski donned a pale pink frock by Likely while Weir opted for a fuchsia shirt from Bergdorf Goodman.

All that glitters...

Credit: NBC

The glam double act opted for every Olympian's favorite color (of medal): gold! Lipinski wore a dress by Dress the Population while Weir went for some gleaming neck embellishments by Erickson Beamon. The coordinating is, of course, no accident. “We don’t have adjoining rooms, but he is next door and we have our process that we do the night before,” Lipinski told People. “We go in and decide what we’re going to wear the next day and we match it up and we put on a show.”
