With an entire section of the hospital damaged by the explosion, Bailey (Chandra Wilson) will look at this as an opportunity to radically renovate the hospital. "We definitely are going through some cosmetic upgrades and some changes," Wilson says. "It's another way for Bailey to put her stamp on things. She ends up going pretty all-out in changing colors, upgrading rooms, and changing the feel of the hospital."

"Bailey is trying to make sure that everybody is safe, is giving instructions, and in the middle of that, an entire chunk of the wall falls out," Jessica Capshaw says with a laugh. "So she just adds, 'Perhaps that area as well.'"

Other additions include a new crop of technology-dependent interns, who make everyone at Grey Sloan feel old. “It’s like, ‘Can you get off of that device and pay attention?’" Wilson says with a laugh.
