Vincent Rodriguez III
Vincent Rodriguez III nabbed his first major on-screen role with Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, joining the series as Josh Chan. His previous work includes an appearance on The Onion News Network and a bit role in 2014 on the short-lived TV series Hostages (pictured here).
Pictured here in 2008, Santino Fontana got his start on the stage, appearing in Broadway productions like Sunday in the Park with George and Billy Elliot. The actor, who voiced Frozen's Hans, made the transition to on-scren gigs in the 2010s, earning credits for episodes of The Good Wife, Nurse Jackie, Royal Pains, Mozart in the Jungle, and Shades of Blue before signing on to play Crazy Ex-Girlfriend's Greg Serrano.
Donna Lynne Champlin
Shown here in the mid-2000s, Donna Lynne Champlin picked up her first acting roles on the stage, hitting Broadway in Sweeney Todd. In the 2010s, the actress earned small-screen credits for episodes of Law & Order and Submissions Only, before landing the role of Paula Proctor in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
Vella Lovell joined Crazy Ex-Girlfriend as Heather Davis, taking on the role a few years after she landed her first on-screen projects. Lovell picked up early work with CollegeHumor and shorts.
Gabrielle Ruiz made her on-screen debut in 2007, appearing as a dancer in one episode of One Life to Live. The actress, who plays Valencia Perez in Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, later popped up in episodes of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Orange Is the New Black.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend found its "White Josh" in David Hull. Pictured here in 2010, the actor signed on to play Josh Wilson after earning credits for episodes of Smash and The Middle.
A few years after he first hit the small screen in The Bold and the Beautiful, Erick Lopez joined Crazy Ex-Girlfriend as Hector. He also made appearances in Switched at Birth, Shameless, and Faking It.
Gina Gallego kicked off her acting career in the '70s, appearing in episodes of How the West Was Won and California Fever. Pictured here on Fantasy Island in 1983, Gallego's other pre-Crazy Ex-Girlfriend credits include turns in Flamingo Road, Rituals, Santa Barbara, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Days of Our Lives.
