Elizabeth Warren hopes voters will be swayed to support her during the 2020 presidential election — because it could mean more Kate McKinnon on Saturday Night Live. And that’s a win for everyone.

On Tuesday’s episode of Late Night With Seth Meyers, the Massachusetts senator and presidential hopeful discussed the benefits that come with her being elected, including job security for the comedian who portrays her on the long-running NBC variety series.

“I have to say, she is really fabulous,” Senator Warren told Meyers about McKinnon. “She’s smart. She’s engaged. She brings a lot of energy. We wear the same jackets.”

She added, “And look, here’s the deal. Elect me President of the United States and we get eight more years of Kate McKinnon on Saturday Night Live.”

Watch the video above for that and more, including what longtime friend Julian Castro’s endorsement means to Warren, and whether rumors of him being a possible running mate are true.
