So far this year, there have been two different successful movies that have echoed and referenced Superbad: First Booksmart, and more recently Good Boys. Booksmart just became available on demand, but anyone who’s interested in revisiting the predecessor should know that Superbad is set to hit Netflix this month.

Other movies coming to the streaming service in September include 300, American Psycho, and the final two Lord of the Rings movies. The first film, The Fellowship of the Ring, was on Netflix for a few months a while back. Fans will still be deprived of access to all three in the same place, but at least now the other two are getting their turn in the rotation.

There are plenty of Netflix originals on their way too. The first season of Ryan Murphy’s The Politician, starring Ben Platt as an ambitious young Machiavellian, hits the platform this month.
