Waithe is the creator of Showtime’s The Chi, a writer on BET’s Boomerang and made history as the first black woman to win the Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series due to her work on Netflix’s Master of None.

Waithe joins Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) as a newcomer to the show for season 3.

Westworld is currently filming and doesn’t currently have a release date (a 2020 premiere seems very likely).
