Younger will continue to grow older on TVLand!
Although it was previously announced that the sixth season of Younger would air on Paramount Network, EW has learned that the series will actually remain on TVLand — the network that aired the first five seasons.
Sources tell EW the series did so well last season that it was ultimately decided to keep Younger on its original network home. (If it ain’t broke, right?)
Darren Star’s new series Emily in Paris, with its just-announced star Lily Collins, is still set to premiere on Paramount Network, but the new First Wives Club series, will now debut on BET.
Younger stars Sutton Foster as Liza Miller, a 40-something divorced mother who decides to pretend she’s much, um, younger when she struggles to get a job in the competitive book-publishing arena. Of course, hijinks ensue. Hilary Duff plays Liza’s 20-something friend who initially isn’t in on the secret, while Nico Tortorella (The Following) and Peter Hermann play Liza’s love interests. Debi Mazar (Entourage), Miriam Shor (GCB), Molly Bernard (Chicago Med) and Charles Michael Davis (The Originals) also star.
Younger is set to return to screens later this year.
