Watch Marie Kondo teach fellow Netflix personality Hasan Minhaj how to tidy up

Posted on

Hasan Minhaj is an expert at political satire, but when it comes to tidying up he needs all the help that he can get. And there’s no more help than his fellow Netflix personality Marie Kondo.

In the exclusive video above, the hosts of Patriot Act With Hasan Minhaj and Tidying Up With Marie Kondo come together to tidy up Minhaj’s life and home.

Kondo has seen her share of challenges in her consulting work, but maybe none like those she encounters here. Among the clutter she discovers are Minhaj’s overwhelming love of pens, unknown cables, an old MacBook that he wants no one to find, the inability to fold baby clothes, and tons of news magazines, alongside an issue of GQ with Ryan Gosling on the cover. “I want to read it at some point, cause he’s really handsome,” argues Minhaj for why he needs to keep it.

The comedian is very thankful for Kondo’s assistance, until he realizes that she isn’t going to stay and do the tidying up for him.

Watch the full video above. Both Patriot Act and Tidying Up are now available to stream on Netflix.
