Watch Steve Irwin's son Robert turn The Tonight Show into a petting zoo
Robert Irwin, son of the late “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin, introduced Jimmy Fallon to some wild guests on Thursday’s The Tonight Show.
The young animal expert eased Fallon into things by first having him feed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to a beaver named Vern. Once that cute encounter was over, Fallon was less than excited to meet Webster, a “fluffy” tarantula. Irwin rewarded the comedian for his bravery with his next and most adorable friend, Anchor, a baby Muntjac deer.
This is the sixth time Irwin has appeared on the late night talk show, each time bringing unique creatures and a breadth of knowledge. The 14-year-old has his own show on Australian Zoo TV called Robert’s Real Life Adventures and co-created the book series Robert Irwin: Dinosaur Hunter.
