The Mindy Project is auctioning off its best outfits, props
- TV Show
Some people watch The Mindy Project and lust after Mindy’s stunning, colorful outfits. Other people watch The Mindy Project and lust after the pen Danny’s gnawed on. Good news: Now it’s possible to own both.
The Hulu series partnered with ScreenBid to host an auction featuring some of the series’ best costumes and props from its six-season run. Along with the aforementioned pen, other items up for grabs include the yellow dress Mindy wore that time she and Danny got stuck in an elevator and the fake computer monitor (a.k.a. a cardboard box that previously housed a real computer monitor) that once greeted Mindy at her desk with a fake TMZ story about her.
Opening bids range from $25 to $500, while bidding begins at $200 for custom creations by The Mindy Project’s Emmy-nominated costume designer Salvador Perez. Proceeds from 10 of the items auctioned off will go toward the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
The auction officially kicks off Tuesday, Nov. 14 at 12 a.m. ET and ends Monday, Nov. 27 at 4 p.m. ET. See the full list of items here, and catch The Mindy Project series finale when it premieres on Hulu Tuesday.
