Friends From College renewed for season 2 on Netflix

Get the party bus ready: Friends From College will be back.

Netflix announced the eight-episode second season renewal on Monday. The series, created by EPs Nicholas Stoller (Neighbors) and Francesca Delbanco, stars Keegan-Michael Key, Cobie Smulders, Annie Parisse, Nat Faxon, Fred Savage, and Jae Suh Park as a pals from university — fine, just call them “friends from college” — who are entering their 40s yet failing to grow up and leave their pasts behind. Trouble is, Key’s Ethan and Parisse’s Sam are in a full-fledged affair, despite Ethan being married to Smulders’ Lisa, who, to make matters more complicated, slept with Faxon’s Nick in season 1.

In other words, season 2 will require a lot more wine. Friends From College season 1 is now streaming on Netflix.
