On Aug. 4, you are invited to make it your beeswax to visit Camp Firewood for a 10-year reunion of the Wet Hot American Summer gang. Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later — which is the follow-up to 2015’s First Day of Camp, which is the follow-up (prequel) to the 2001 movie Wet Hot American Summer — shows you what happened to Coop & Co. a decade after their looney adventures at a summer camp in Maine circa 1981. Everyone’s back in action, Amy Poehler’s Susie, Paul Rudd’s Andy, Elizabeth Banks’ Lindsay, Christopher Meloni’s Gene, etc.

[CAUTION: SPOILER AHEAD] Well, before we say things like “everyone” and “etc.,” we should tell you that scheduling issues kept Bradley Cooper from reprising his role as Ben, Susie’s boyfriend who was not interested in boys. But perhaps the “boo!” that you were about to issue will transform into a “yay!” when you learn that you will not be deprived of Ben, as he is being played this time around by… Adam Scott.

The pair who played Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt on Parks and Recreation rejoin forces at the beginning of Ten Years Later, as Ben shows up to the reunion with his husband, McKinley (Michael Ian Black), and their baby. “The character’s name is Ben, so we did have a moment where we see each other and she screams ‘Ben!’” Scott told EW of his onscreen reunion with Poehler. “And we were both like ‘Whoa, okay. Hold on.’”

How will Susie react to Ben, who looks different not because he’s being played by someone else but because he had a little nose job to fix a deviated septum? Click on the video above to return to Firewood.
