Shazad Latif and Michelle Yeoh might be starring in the latest installment of the Star Trek franchise, but that doesn’t mean that their hearts don’t also have room for some of the older space captains, or even for another galactic fandom. On the age-old “Star Wars or Star Trek?” debate, Latif (Ash Tyler) says, “I sort of see them in the same world, I like ’em both.”

And why not like ’em both? “The galaxy is big enough for Star Trek and Star Wars,” says Yeoh (Shenzhou captain Philippa Georgiou). Castmate Doug Jones (Lt. Saru), has different sentiments, though.

See what Jones and the rest of the Star Trek: Discovery cast members have to say about the controversial topic in the video above, and you can watch the reboot on CBS All Access on Sept. 24.
