Giacomo Gianniotti — a.k.a. DeLuca — revealed the premiere's episode title on Instagram
The doctors are in — the Grey’s Anatomy doctors, that is.
Cast members Camilla Luddington and Giacomo Gianniotti posted photos from the first table read for Grey’s Anatomy‘s upcoming 14th season Friday, meaning the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital staff is officially getting ready to come back to our TVs.
The photo Luddington, who plays Jo Wilson, posted just shows her character’s name card as well as the card for Jessica Capshaw’s Arizona, while Gianniotti’s is a little more revealing: The actor — Andrew DeLuca on the ABC drama — shared a picture of the script’s top page, which says the first episode back will be titled “Break Down the Home.”
Krista Vernoff wrote the episode. She’s previously written the scripts for 17 Grey’s episodes, the most recent being 2011’s “Disarm,” a season 7 installment that featured the doctors dealing with a mass school shooting. After directing the season 13 finale, Debbie Allen (who also plays Catherine Avery on the show) will direct the season 14 premiere.
Although the Grey’s team hasn’t leaked many details about the next season, it has been announced that Kim Raver will be returning for a guest arc to reprise her role as Dr. Teddy Altman.

Later in the weekend, Sarah Drew, a.k.a. April, also posted photos to Instagram, with one spotlighting new Grey’s writer Marlana Hope. “[She’s] amazing and kick ass and an amazing writer and an even more amazing human!” Drew wrote after dubbing Hope one of her “besties.” Caterina Scorsone (Amelia) is also pictured in the selfie.
