DuckTales hasn’t even returned yet and already, Scrooge and the gang are springing into action.

The minds behind the anticipated summer revival of the beloved ‘80s toon dropped some hot new footage at Comic-Con from the one-hour Disney XD pilot, “Woo-oo!” The Aug. 12 premiere will serve as a Launchpad for the further series, premiering Sept. 23 on Disney XD and all related apps.

Behold, your first look at the first real adventure that Scrooge (David Tennant), Launchpad (Beck Bennett), Huey (Danny Pudi), Dewey (Ben Schwartz), Louie (Bobby Moynihan), and Webby (Kate Micucci) embark upon!

Beyond offering a glimpse into the gang’s maiden submarine voyage from the TV event of the summer, the clip betrays one of the key elements that define this new revival. Executive producer Matt Youngberg and story editor/co-producer Francisco Angones strove to deepen the characterization between the show’s familiar characters. Particularly, you’ll notice the heightened personalization of Huey, Dewey, and Louie, whom Youngberg and Angones decided were born in that order — and it shows.
