Conan O'Brien battles Will Arnett on Nintendo Switch for 'Clueless Gamer'
Conan O’Brien thought he was pulling “a Canadian beatdown” on the latest installment of “Clueless Gamer” against opponent Will Arnett, but the LEGO Batman star bested him in the Nintendo Switch game of ARMS.
It’s been O’Brien’s dream to “fight someone I’ve always wanted to destroy publicly, a man I despise, my archenemy who’s, well, he’s a real piece of s—t,” he said. The late-night host may have brought the heat in the first boxing match, but he lost his steam as the game progressed. In his defense, Arnett secretly started another round while distracting O’Brien. “We’re always playing the game, private,” he shouted.
Arnett won extra points for his “sick burns,” like when he said O’Brien’s bicep felt like “a ziplock bag that had like spaghetti sauce in it from last week [and was] left on the porch.” It was all in good fun. The two have been buds for a while with Arnett guesting on Conan multiple times and O’Brien landing a voice role in LEGO Batman as The Riddler.
In claiming his victory, Arnett rested his head on O’Brien’s shoulder as he listened to the loser record a video about how great the actor is.
