It’s been two weeks since the last episode of Better Call Saul, which gave you an extra week to consider what the repercussions might be after Jimmy did his best to sabotage Chuck’s malpractice insurance. Tonight’s episode of AMC’s Breaking Bad prequel reveals that Chuck McGill (Michael McKean) is in a very vulnerable, humiliating, defeated place after his allergy to electricity was all but debunked at a hearing. Here, in this first-look clip, you can see a proud, stubborn man meeting with his doctor (Clea DuVall) and starting to ask himself some hard questions, like “What if it’s all in my head? And if that’s true, and it’s not real, what have I done?”

Perhaps Jimmy is hiding in the corner taping this conversation.

Better Call Saul airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET.
