Beyoncé's Lemonade among Peabody Award winners for Entertainment

Almost a year after its release, Beyoncé’s Lemonade is still racking up awards. The “visual album” was among the Peabody Award winners in the Entertainment category, announced Thursday. The win placed it alongside six TV shows, including Atlanta and Veep, being honored by the Peabody Awards Board of Jurors.

The awards are going to both American and British productions. In addition to Lemonade, the Entertainment winners are FX’s Atlanta and Better Things, Louis C.K.’s Horace and Pete, BBC’s Happy Valley, Channel 4 and Hulu’s National Treasure, and HBO’s Veep.

The Entertainment honorees join previously announced winners in the Documentary and Individual/Institutional categories. Norman Lear, for example, is getting an award for changing the face of TV.

On May 20, Rashida Jones (who won a Peabody Award for her work on Parks and Recreation) will host the awards ceremony in New York. The event will air June 2 on PBS and Fusion at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
