Julia Roberts is Running Wild for a good cause.

The Oscar winner will be partnering up with Bear Grylls for the upcoming NBC Red Nose Day three-hour special to raise awareness of life-saving vaccines. Roberts and Grylls will travel to Kenya and traverse hazardous terrain to deliver the vaccines to a remote village — all under a time limit.

The two must navigate dense underbrush and avoid the wildlife — like crocodiles and hippos — as they race to the village while having to keep the vaccines cold.

And that’s just one part of the three-hour extravaganza airing May 25 on NBC. In the exclusive video above, Chris Hardwick reveals that he will be hosting the special as he breaks down the jam-packed schedule planned for the night.
