Michael Bolton to guest in Fresh Off the Boat season finale
The singer will play himself — and possibly become business partners with Louis
The season finale of Fresh Off the Boat is a two-part extravaganza titled “This Is Us” and “This Isn’t Us,” but for now you can just call it Fresh Off the Bolton.
The season 3 finale of the ABC family comedy will feature Michael Bolton as a guest star — and a possible business partner for the Huangs, EW has learned.
The Grammy-winning, multi-platinum-selling singer will appear as himself in the two-part season finale that is slated to air in early May. As you will come to learn, Bolton must be in Orlando 183 days of the year’s 365 days for tax reasons. And now, aiming to expand his investment empire, he approaches Louis (Randall Park) about buying a stake in the restaurant.
Bolton’s recent pop-culture credits include Two and a Half Men, Glee, and Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. Last month on Netflix, he headlined Michael Bolton’s Big, Sex Valentine’s Day Special.
Fresh Off the Boat airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on ABC.
