That Gregory guy on The Walking Dead is no good. And he’s been a straight up jerkface to Maggie ever since she first showed up at the Hilltop. But could he be turning over a new leaf?

Don’t count on it. But as this sneak peek from next week’s episode shows, he is up to something. “Why are you still here, Maggie?” he asks when he comes across her planting outside the gates. (It sounds like a rude question, but hey, at least he finally got her name right!) But then Gregory takes on a much more conciliatory tone, noting that “it would be a hell of a lot better if we could present a united front,” and even admitting, “I need to be more open to working together. I apologize. I never intended for things between us to come to this point.”

And how does Maggie respond to this? Watch the video above to find out. And then you can decide for yourself if Gregory’s olive branch is genuine or a ruse to obscure something far more sinister. (Also make sure to check out our interview with Christian Serratos about Rosita’s big episode and what’s next for her character.)
