Forget about the popcorn: If there’s anything to get you excited about an HBO Saturday night theatrical premiere, it’s the intro music.

The instantly recognizable, sweeping score that leads into films airing on HBO is getting a nostalgic, ’80s-inspired update that viewers can catch starting this weekend with X-Men: Apocalypse.

The all-new intro video will be an homage to the intro that aired in the ’80s, which featured a family ready to watch HBO, and then zoomed out to focus on the world surrounding them.

The update will be the same concept, but in a city, and will capture the changing face of media by showing the different ways HBO is available for viewing, from TVs to laptops.

You can watch the all-new intro above, and see below for a side-by-side comparison of old and new.
