When an AI was taking over the world during The 100 season 3, a grounder named Luna had the opportunity to save the world. And she said no.

The 100 is always a show that comes full circle, and here we are again: Last week's episode revealed that Luna (played by Nadia Hilker) may be able to save the world yet again.

Yes, there's the question of if her nightblood will even be able to save humanity from the radiation storm that's set to destroy the earth in two months — but the bigger question is if she can save the world… will she?

"Luna wants to do good," Hilker says of her character. "She's one of the few good people with principals and integrity." And although she says Luna doesn't want to fight or kill, she does want to "continue to help the human race." But she warns, "I don't want to say she turns into a bad person because whatever she does, she still does for humanity — because she believes in humanity — but in order to do that, she might have to do something bad."

Wednesday's episode, "A Guarded Lie," shows Luna traveling with Abby, Raven, and others to Alie's island, where they hope to discover more about nightblood. And although she won't tell us much more than that, Hilker does say the words "action" and "acceptance" could describe the episode. Oh, and she reveals there will be a "beautiful moment between Raven and Luna."

Get the ship names ready.

The 100 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
