Thanks, Academy Awards!

HBO announced Monday that the next Girls, Big Little Lies, and Crashing episodes, which were originally scheduled to air Sunday, will be released earlier than usual. Fans of the shows will be stream these new episodes on HBO Now, HBO Go, and On Demand starting this Friday.

The network decided to drop these episodes early to avoid competing with the Oscars, which air live this Sunday during the same time period as all three of those shows. Obviously, the network wants to make sure fans of the shows don’t miss out on the new installments because of the Academy Awards.

Big Little Lies (usually) airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on HBO, followed by Lena Dunham’s Girls and Judd Apatow’s new comedy Crashing.
