Ryan Adams has hit the live performance circuit to croon tracks from his latest LP Prisoner.

The singer-songwriter took the Tonight Show stage Friday with his band to give live renditions of two tracks from the 2017 album, which also dropped Friday, including the first single “Do You Still Love Me?” and “To Be Without You.”

The album marks the return to record-making for the alt-country artist after his divorce from actress Mandy Moore in 2016. Prior to the new original material, Adams covered Taylor Swift’s 1989 in 2015, while also working as a producer for several artists, including Jenny Lewis on her 2014 album Voyager.

Prisoner is more than just another LP in his catalogue, though, as he shared his deep feelings on the new record in December. “This record mattered more to me than any record before it and my life depended on making it,” said Adams in an Instagram post. “I would have died inside if I hadn’t.”
