The Sharknado franchise is far from fin-ished. Syfy announced on Thursday that Sharknado 5 has begun filming and that Ian Ziering and Tara Reid will once again join forces as Fin and April to absurdly do battle with flying sharks.

Oh, and this time, they're going global. The TV movie — which began shooting today in Bulgaria before moving on to England, Australia, and other countries — will feature cities across the globe being pummeled by shark-stuffed storms. With most of North America decimated by the in-air bitey fish epidemic, Fin & Co. try to stave off the carnage and save the rest of the world.

Original cast member Cassie Scerbo will reprise her role as bartender Nova, while franchise director Anthony Ferrante returns to helm the fifth adventure.

The first Sharknado film, which aired in 2013, terrorized Los Angeles. 2016's Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens concluded with the Eiffel Tower being forcefully relocated to Niagara Falls, an indication of the global terror that is to come in the fifth installment, which was originally going to be titled Sharknado 5… Earth 0, but currently has just a working title of Sharknado 5.
