Two things we learn from the just-released trailer for the Child's Play remake (out June 21). Despite other advance promo materials suggesting the film's killer doll might be called Buddi, it turns out the pint-sized psychopath is still named Chucky and Aubrey Plaza gives great terrified eye.

Directed by Lars Klevberg (Polaroid), from a screenplay by Tyler Burton Smith based on the original 1988 movie, the updated version of the horror classic follows a mother who gives her son a toy doll for his birthday, unaware of its sinister nature. The film stars Plaza, Brian Tyree Henry, Gabriel Bateman, Beatrice Kitsos, Ty Consiglio, Carlease Burke, and Tim Matheson. Child's Play is produced by David Katzenberg and Seth Grahame-Smith, who are also overseeing the new It movies.

"I was just 12-year-old when the '88 movie came out," Grahame-Smith told EW last year. "It scared the hell out of me. I watched it again and again. It's a special movie for me."
