Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attend Hamilton performance with Lin-Manuel Miranda
The Story of Tonight in London...
...includes Prince Harry and new-wife Meghan Markle and a litlle known musical called Hamilton.
History Has Its Eyes on this Hamilton/The Crown cross-over event
The newly-married royals (Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Markle, Duchess of Sussex) attended a gala performance of Hamilton in support of Sentebale (the charity founded by the prince in 2006) at Victoria Palace Theatre (a.k.a. the room where it happens) on Wednesday night.
Meet Me Inside?
Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda wasn't throwing away his shot to impress the royals with his Broadway smash — we just hope Harry wasn't bothered by the digs at his ancestor, King George III. Miranda and his wife met with the royal couple before the show.
Look around, look around...
“It means so much to us and it’s going to be a fun night,” said Prince Harry at the event, congratulating Miranda on successfully bringing his hit across the Atlantic.
What'd I Miss?
The Duke and Duchess had previously seen the show on a date night, but, like the rest of us, they're "Helpless" when it comes to Hamilton.
