No two live performances are entirely the same, but one performance of Hamilton in Puerto Rico briefly veered in the direction of the audience member illegally filming the show.

Lin-Manuel Miranda, who created and starred in the original Broadway production of Hamilton, returned to his role for a run in Puerto Rico to help fundraise for arts organizations struggling after Hurricane Maria. As the auteur wrote on Twitter, he tweaked a line in the song “My Shot” during the Jan. 16th performance to call out a woman trying to sneak record the whole thing.

“I’m a get a scholarship to King’s College/ I probably shouldn’t brag, but dag, I amaze and astonish,” he rapped. The next line is supposed to be, “The problem is I got a lot of brains but no polish.” Instead, Miranda exclaimed, “Lady filming in the fourth row, please stop it.”

“Having to think that fast within My Shot takes a year off my life, please just enjoy the show,” he continued tweeting. “Otherwise you were the best crowd we ever had!”

In a surprising turn, it seems the woman in question apologized to Miranda over email.

The actor shared a cropped screenshot of the subject line, which reads, “Since apology from lady filming from the 4th row.”

“In a million years, I never…” Miranda tweeted. “Gracias. Thanks for your apology and thanks for coming to the show. Y saludos a mami.”
