A Twin Peaks Podcast: Robert Forster on his favorite Sheriff Truman scenes
Part Nine of Showtime's Twin Peaks revival won't air until next Sunday. And to tide you over, your friends at A Twin Peaks Podcast: A Podcast About Twin Peaks have a special bonus episode! Local Peaks expert Jeff Jensen and I welcome the great Robert Forster (a.k.a. Sheriff Frank Truman) to the podcast to talk about his work on the new season. Across his 50-year career, Forster has worked with brilliant directors in just about every genre of film and television you can imagine. Forster offers some insight into some of his Twin Peaks character's most memorable scenes, and explains his own perspective on Sheriff Frank's role in the ensemble. He also helpfully explains Mulholland Drive, in case anyone's still confused.
