Leonardo DiCaprio

Tarantino recently announced the death of TV and film star played by Leonardo DiCaprio in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

"It's the banality of evil," the actor says at the film's Cannes press conference. "It's the thing that we have to watch out for."

The fictional character died peacefully in Hawaii.

Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, and Jesse Plemons team up for the Western crime drama — which is almost guaranteed to be an Oscars contender.  

"It's like a bad movie from the 1980s, you know?"

The two iconic actors finally share the screen in Martin Scorsese's next film, an adaptation of David Grann's acclaimed true-crime book of the same name.
