Tiffany Haddish is here to prove that if you love an outfit, you can wear it as many times as you like.

At Sunday’s Academy Awards the Girls’ Trip actress took to the stage to present the Oscar for Best Live-Action Short (and some hilarity) alongside Maya Rudolph, donning the same white Alexander McQueen gown she’s worn at least twice before.

The dress had its first outing back in July 2017 at the premiere for Girls’ Trip and then resurfaced during the actress’ hosting gig on Saturday Night Live back in November where she explained: “I wore it on the red carpet for Girls’ Trip and my whole team, they told me, ‘Tiffany, you cannot wear that dress on SNL. You already wore it. It’s taboo to wear it twice,’ and I said, ‘I don’t give a dang about no taboo.’”

The $4,000 gown made another appearance on the late night comedy show during “Weekend Update” when she donned it once more and sashayed in the background to show it off.

But don’t worry, Haddish says that the dress has stayed fresh. “I feel like I should be able to wear what I want, when I want, no matter how many times I want, as long as I Febreezed it,” she said. “I spent a lot of money on this dress! This dress cost way more than my mortgage. It’s an Alexander McQueen, it’s a $4,000 dress … I’m gonna wear this dress multiple times…” She proved she was serious at Sunday’s Oscars and this time paired it with a nice comfortable pair of Ugg slippers, joking that she had suffered terrible blisters on the bottom of her feet from wearing her heels since 11am.

Twitter was there for Haddish’s familiar dress selection.
