Chumbawamba's 'Tubthumping' turns 20: Toast with a whiskey drink, a vodka drink...
These cocktails will remind you of the good times and the best times
- TV Show
Chumbawamba was singing when they were winning — literally — as their single, “Tubthumping,” hit No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 back in 1997. And, since you now can’t get the song out of your head (sorry?), one might argue they’re still singing and winning simultaneously as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of the track’s release today.
To honor the song, which is loosely about going out and having drinks after protesting, we’re also going to get a little literal, using the lyrics to shake up a few drinks of our own.
