Betty Who turns the bedroom into a dancefloor for steamy 'Human Touch' video
Get ready to see the pop star like you've never seen her before
Get ready to see Betty Who as you've never seen her before — and we're not just talking about that wig.
The pop star turns up the sex appeal for her new music video for "Human Touch," which is easily the steamiest music video she's ever recorded. In the colorful clip, premiering on EW today, the Australian singer turns the bedroom into a dancefloor with some fierce moves — courtesy of pop-star choreographer and creative director Khasan Brailsford — and plenty of, uh, human touching from some chiseled back-up dancers.
"I had so much fun dancing with the most gorgeous men in the world AND getting to play dress up," Betty told EW over email. "There are wigs. And abs. What more could I have asked for? This shoot was a blast and I'm so excited to see what people think!" <iframe id="player" src="https://embed.vevo.com?isrc=USRV81700003&partnerId=346c2586-d3f8-4b75-ba0d-398fdb6e4c08&partnerAdCode=" width="640" height="390" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" class="" scrolling="no" resize="0" replace_attributes="1" name=""></iframe>
In an interview with EW earlier this year, Betty spoke broke down the inspirations behind her latest album, The Valley, and highlighted the people, places, and pop culture that shaped her creative process. In particular, she revealed how a love of early Britney Spears music inspired her song "Mama Say" and said that nothing makes her happier than seeing fans recreate the dance moves from her music videos.
"I love that any artist can be on the radio now, I love the diversity of pop music, but I still miss the trappings of early-2000s pop music — MTV performances that were iconic and choreographed and rehearsed," she said. "It's so rare that you get that now. When I was writing this record, that was a big part of what I was thinking about. I have dancers on tour now. We're doing it big because I want to put on a show that feels like your old favorite pop star from when you were a kid."
Betty is playing a handful of festivals this month on her Beautiful Summer Pride Tour before kicking off the next North American leg of her Party in the Valley Tour in August.
