Tricks and Treats
"For Laurie Strode, Michael Myers is her sole focus," says Jamie Lee Curtis of her character in the new horror sequel Halloween (out Oct. 19). "For a lot of people, out of sight, out of mind. For her, out of sight, out of her mind. She is out of her mind! Because she knows that Michael Myers is a threat, and no one else seems to take him so."

"The first movie, I was running more," says Curtis, when asked to compare John Carpenter's original 1978 Halloween with David Gordon Green's new film. "In this movie, I'm hunting more."
During the shoot for the new Halloween, the Michael Myers-playing James Jude Courtney kept his distance from Jamie Lee Curtis. "I just want her to have her space," he told EW on set. "Because, man, what we're doing, it’s intense stuff."
