Dune figurines are selling out online — here's where you can still get one
Ask anyone remotely interested in sci-fi about the movie they're most looking forward to in 2021, and the answer will probably be Dune. Denis Villeneuve's new adaptation of Frank Herbert's legendary novel boasts an all-star cast that includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, and Jason Momoa, and its first trailer (released in September) showed off promising and impressive visuals with even a sneak peek of the iconic sandworms.
Like most movies in 2020, Dune's previously planned November release has been delayed by a year to October 2021, but in the meantime, fans can pick up what are bound to be great holiday gifts inspired by the series: Mini figurines of Dune's characters, including one of Chalamet's Paul Atreides. The figurines by McFarlane Toys have been selling out across major retailers, but we've managed to track down the remaining few still available.

McFarlane Toys released six build-your-own toys from Dune's long list of characters: Chalamet's Paul Atreides, Ferguson's Lady Jessica, Momoa's Duncan Idaho, Stellan Skarsgård's villainous Baron Harkonnen, Dave Bautista's the Beast, and Javier Bardem's Freman Stilgar. Chalamet, Momoa, Bardem, and Ferguson's figurines are all in their characters' Fremen stillsuits, which are worn to preserve moisture against the planet Arrakis' scorching desert weather.
The customizable figurines come with extra accessories for each character, such as an inkvine whip and sword for Bautista's Beast and two swords for Momoa's Duncan Idaho. While Lady Jessica, Baron Harkonnen, and Stilgar's figurines are available at Amazon, the Paul Atreides figurine is already sold out there. Luckily, we found it still available for pre-orders at Entertainment Earth, alongside Duncan Idaho's at Target. As for the Beast, his figurine is already sold out everywhere — but is anyone really going to miss that sadistic man?
