Claire Foy stars in the film, in theaters March 23

Steven Soderbergh's secret film — the one he shot entirely on an iPhone — isn't a secret anymore. The first Unsane trailer has arrived, touting a cast that includes soon-to-be Girl In the Spider's Web, Claire Foy.

Joshua Leonard (Scorpion), Jay Pharoah (White Famous), Juno Temple (Wonder Wheel), Aimee Mullins (Stranger Things), and Amy Irving (Zero Hour) also feature in the film. The plot, from a script penned by Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer, centers on a young woman who "is involuntarily committed to a mental institution where she is confronted by her greatest fear — but is it real or is it a product of her delusion?"

The first footage comes after Soderbergh's other mystery project, Mosaic, debuted on HBO.

"The movie reminds me of some reality-type horror — almost Get Out-ish, but different, which feels good," Pharoah had told EW of Unsane in an interview last year.

"I think this is the future," Soderbergh had said of his experimental approach. "Anybody going to see this movie who has no idea of the backstory to the production will have no idea this was shot on the phone. That's not part of the conceit."

The film will be released in theaters on March 23. Watch the first trailer above.
