A cannibal clown comes out of the shadows in exclusive Crepitus poster
How many creepy clowns can fit in the comically cramped car we call Hollywood? Quite a few, it would seem. Hot on the heels of It and the current season of American Horror Story comes Crepitus, which stars horror genre fan favorite Bill Moseley (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, House of 1,000 Corpses) as the latest character to combine face paint and fear.
In the film, a teenager named Elizabeth and her younger sister Sam are forced to move into their deceased grandfather’s house. Frightened beyond belief, they are forced to learn horrible things about their family history and face off against a cannibalistic clown named Crepitus.
Crepitus is directed by Haynze Whitmore, written by Eddie and Sarah Renner, and produced by Ginger Knight Entertainment. The film costars Chalet Brannan, Eve Mauro, Caitlin Williams, Lance Paul, Darren Barcomb, and Johnny Stevenson.
Crepitus is set for release this fall. Exclusively check out the film’s new poster, below.
