Agrabah is getting some new royal blood.

Disney’s live-action Aladdin movie has cast Billy Magnussen as Prince Anders, a newly created character, EW has confirmed.

The 32-year-old actor, who previously portrayed Rapunzel’s Prince in Disney’s Into the Woods, joins an ensemble that includes Mena Massoud as Aladdin, Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari as Jafar, and Will Smith as the Genie. More details about Magnussen’s character have yet to emerge.

Guy Ritchie is directing Aladdin, which will draw inspiration from the 1992 animated movie and the folk tale of One Thousand and One Nights fame. The script is by John August (Big Fish, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory).
