Horror-thriller will premiere at this year's Toronto International Film Festival

In the new horror-thriller Downrange, six college students are carpooling cross-country when one of their tires blows out on a desolate stretch of country road. Getting out to fix the flat, they quickly discover their tire was shot out. With their vehicle incapacitated, the group is pinned down and mercilessly attacked by an unseen assailant, and they desperately attempt to find a way to escape.

Downrange is directed by Ryuhei Kitamura (The Midnight Meat Train) and stars Kelly Connaire, Stephanie Pearson, Rod Hernandez-Farella, Anthony Kirlew, Alexa Yeames, and Jason Tobias. It was announced Tuesday that the film will receive its world premiere as part of Midnight Madness at this year’s Toronto Film Festival.
