Tyler Perry shows off his Get Out Challenge in Boo 2! A Madea Halloween trailer

Madea is back for more scares.

Tyler Perry’s popular fictional character returns for her 10th film in Boo 2! A Madea Halloween, which was also written and directed by the Gone Girl alum.

The first trailer features plenty of horror film references, be it classics like Scream and Poltergeist or recent hits with Perry’s Uncle Joe doing his version of the Get Out Challenge.

Originally inspired by a parody in Chris Rock’s Top Five, Boo! A Madea Halloween became a surprise hit upon its release last October, scaring up $75 million at the box office on a $20 million budget.

Boo 2! screams into theaters on Oct. 20. Watch the trailer above.
