The Lego Batman Movie is dominating the box office, but the latest Honest Trailers is more interested in a different film version of the superhero.

Having already critically broken down Batman: The Killing Joke and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, the folks at Screen Junkies turned their attention to Christian Bale’s first run as the billionaire vigilante in Batman Begins, or as they’ve dubbed it, How Bruce Wayne Got His Groove Back.

“After Joel Schumacher made Batman silly,” the voice-over opens, “but before Zack Snyder made him a joke, Chris Nolan made a movie that got the Dark Knight just right.”

While the video does declare Nolan’s first foray into the franchise as one of the best Batman films ever, it wouldn’t be an Honest Trailer without pointing out some not-so-good aspects. Here, that includes Batman’s penchant for committing crimes, recycled dialogue, and the fact that Batman came face-to-face with young Jack Gleeson, future Game of Thrones’ King Joffrey, and didn’t “take him out before it’s too late.”
