Thank goodness that in the midst of this winter’s existential dread, there are still some things that can make us laugh. Take, for example, the new trailer for Snatched, starring Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn that will hit theaters on May 12.
Directed by Jonathan Levine (50/50), the comedy is about a recently dumped woman (Schumer) who convinces her overly cautious mother (Hawn) to join her on a vacation to Ecuador. A handsome stranger, a night of adventure — what could possibly go wrong?
Take a look at this new trailer to get some idea. (Extra points, always, for a Powder joke.) And also please take a moment to appreciate just how wonderful it is to see Goldie Hawn back on the big screen after a too-long 15-year absence.
