Ryan Reynolds and Jake Gyllenhaal are about to learn what George Clooney, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck already have — space is no joke.

A Super Bowl teaser for the film arrived online a day before the big game, and finds the Deadpool and Nocturnal Animals stars as two of six astronauts aboard the International Space Station. Believing they have scored the historic discovery of the first signs of life on Mars, they soon realize their sample is more dangerous than they could have imagined.

On Sunday, a new trailer was also released, teasing even more action and suspense to come in the sci-fi thriller.

Life is a reunion on many fronts for Reynolds. The Sony and Skydance film is helmed by his Safe House director Daniel Espinosa, and was written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, the screenwriting team behind Reynolds’ smash hit Deadpool.

Also starring in theColumbia Pictures and Skydance project, which hits theaters on March 24, is Rebecca Ferguson (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation) and Hiroyuki Sanada (The Wolverine).
