Mark Hamill says Star Wars: The Last Jedi title has a 'samurai' feel
Mark Hamill can sleep easy now that the title for Star Wars: Episode VIII has been revealed.
The Luke Skywalker actor tells Ryan Pearson of the Associated Press that he has known the real name of the movie since last year, when writer-director Rian Johnson filled him in during the shoot.
“I said, ‘Don’t tell me these things! I talk in my sleep!’ They have us so jacked up with paranoia over leaks,” Hamill said. “It’s funny, back when we were making the original, nobody cared.”
Hamill said the title for the film, which opens Dec. 15, has a “real samurai” feel.
